A brush sanding machine used especially in surface treatments of woven fabrics.

It was manufactured in 2015 and has a working width of 230 cm.

Features:

Dok Winding Unit: It ensures that the processed fabrics are wrapped properly, thus providing convenience for subsequent processes.

Independent Suction Systems: 1 independent suction system in the machine ensures that the dust and fibers formed during sanding are effectively removed.

This both protects the cleanliness of the working environment and increases the quality of the processed fabric.

Computerized Control System: All functions of the machine are controlled via a touch screen operator panel.

This system allows the creation of programs suitable for different fabric types and the memorization of processes.

Sanding Cylinders: The brush sanding cylinders in the machine are used to provide the desired touch and effects to the surface of the fabric.

Each cylinder can work in the direction of the fabric flow or in the opposite direction and their speeds can be adjusted independently.

Tension Control System: This patented system allows the desired effects to be easily obtained even on particularly difficult fabrics.​

Brushing and Dust Suction Unit: There is an additional brushing and dust suction unit to clean the dust and fibers on the fabric after the sanding process.

This is important for the final cleaning of the fabric.​

Dust Suction Hoods: These hoods located behind each sanding cylinder clean the dust generated during sanding to the maximum level.

Fabric Inlet and Outlet Systems: While the double opener group is used at the inlet to open the curled edges of the fabric, there is a docking and optional shaking unit at the outlet. In addition, there is a tensioning cylinder at the entrance and a pulling cylinder at the exit.

* There are 6 carbon brush cylinders. Each brush is used effectively thanks to the fixed drum.

* Each brush has an inverter. In this way, the brush rotation directions and speeds can be controlled separately.

The brushes can be used in the direction of the fabric flow or in the opposite direction, and their rotation speeds can be up to 1,400 rpm.

* Inverter controlled pulling and feeding cylinder that allows the fabric to enter the machine properly from the dock or car at the desired tension

There are spiral openers at the entrance to minimize edge curls in knitted fabrics. In addition, since the fabric flow is on metal plates,

the fabric edges are not curled during brushing.

* Stainless steel shafts are positioned on the tension plates to prevent heating during fabric flow.

* With the touch screen operator panel, it is possible to control all functions and every process of the machine quickly and easily, there is a sensitive tension control with inverter between the pulling and feeding cylinders.

* Dust suction hoods, There are dust suction hoods behind each brush cylinder to clean the dust formed during brushing to the maximum level.
